The a Muìn Brut sparkling wine is mainly produced with Verdeca grapes cultivated in the hills of the Valle d’Itria, in the city of Martina Franca, Puglia. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level, where the climatic and soil conditions are ideal for the cultivation of this grape variety.

A Muìn sparkling wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, characterized by fine bubbles. The bouquet is delicate and intense, with predominant hints of white fruit and flowers. On the palate, the taste is classic for the grape variety, with predominant green apple notes. The citrus acidity is clean and intense, accompanied by a distinct mineral note, which provides a fresh and persistent finish.

We recommend serving this sparkling wine as an aperitif, thanks to its complexity and craftsmanship. However, its versatility also makes it suitable for pairing with meals, such as crostini with mushroom mousse.
