Trullo Panoramico

The Panoramic Trullo with pool is the largest vacation home within the Trulli il Castagno residence in Martina Franca, located in one of the most renowned areas of Puglia for its picturesque locations and typical dwellings.

This trullo has the capacity to accommodate up to six people, making it ideal for a family with multiple children or a group of friends and relatives.

With about 60 square meters of surface area, the Panoramic Trullo has two entrances, one at the back and one in the main atrium of the structure. The interior consists of a large bathroom with a shower, furnished in a rustic style, and a fully equipped kitchen:

– Four burners and an electric oven;
– Refrigerator with freezer, and much more;
– Service of dishes, glasses, and cups, cookware;
– Pots and pans;
– Coffee maker, tea kettle.

From the living room, characterized by the typical stone flooring and a rustic table and chairs, you can access the two bedrooms and the bathroom.

The main bedroom is spacious, equipped with a typical wardrobe, and can be furnished with a double bed or three single beds.

The second bedroom is located in a small trullo with a characteristic and very ancient entrance and is also double.

The Panoramic Trullo with pool is also equipped with an HD satellite TV, with a catalog of movies and TV series on Netflix, and an international collection of books that can be exchanged.

Outside, there is a private shaded area with a stone table, wooden chairs, and sun loungers, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding countryside, and relax under an ancient fig tree or in the outdoor sunken swimming pool, available to all our guests.

In addition to the Panoramic Trullo pool and breathtaking views, which you can enjoy from various points of the external garden, even under our typical gazebos, services such as private internal parking, laundry, and an area for separate waste collection are available.

Moreover, for your children, there are various entertainments in the play area, including table tennis, slides, swings, and climbing space.

House rules

Pets are welcome, but they must not cause any nuisance to other guests and must not cause any damage (there is a sanitation charge of €30 for individual accommodation);
The pool area is precluded to animals;
Showering is required before entering the pool;
The pool, if open and not otherwise communicated, is accessible 24/24 hours;
In the playground and pool area, children must always be accompanied by their parents. We are not responsible for damage and/or injury to property, persons and animals;
Lights inside the flat and any other electronic appliances (excluding the fridge and battery charger) must always be switched off and/or unplugged when leaving the flat;
The communal washing machine may be used with its own detergent. It is recommended to use it only when really necessary to avoid unnecessary waste of water;
Noisy noises are forbidden anywhere on the property: we want to preserve the tranquillity of our guests;
Waste separation is recommended in order to respect the environment.
